Areas where ICT are used

 Education:

-Tablets: Tablets are small personal computers with a touch screen, allowing input without a keyboard or mouse.

-Interactive White Boards or Smart Boards: Interactive white boards allow projected computer images to be displayed, manipulated, dragged, clicked, or copied.

-One laptop per child: Less expensive laptops have been designed for use in school on a: basis with features like lower power consumption, a low cost operating system, and special re-programming and mesh network functions.

Medicine:

-Body Scanners: a body scanner sends electromagnetic rays throughout a patients body and sensors detect how much different parts of the body absorb the Rays.

-Monitoring of patients: several outputs from the computer system let hospital staff the patient condition.

-Organ transplant: computerized databases used to help match patients who are waiting for organs.

Business:

-Keep control of stock: allows the business to know exactly what the have.

-Increase production: they can use several different pieces of technology which speed up the manufacturing process.

-Marketing: they are many ways to spread the world of company, find out market research, set up meeting etc.

Banks:

-Clearing cheques: Cheques are processed using MICR

-Electronic finds transfer: They can be used to pay for goods and services instead of cash or cheques.

-Smart cards: Money is stored on the card in an electric purse.

Conclusion: My conclusion is that the information Communication Technologies (ICT) helps to maybe all areas in a very good way that it doesn’t hurt or do bad things to the people, of course if it not used in a bad way to hurt other ones, ICT is good for everyone on this planet.
